Rohan is a Chartered Tax Adviser, bringing experience from independent advisory firms and Grant Thornton. He specialises in advising entrepreneurs, HNWIs, and UHNWIs, helping them navigate complex tax and commercial challenges to achieve their objectives efficiently.
With a solutions-focused approach, Rohan provides clear, strategic guidance on structuring trading and investment businesses, implementing share schemes (CSOP, EMI, EIS, SEIS), company reorganisations, and succession planning.
He also advises UK and international families on wealth structuring, trust planning, and residence and domicile issues. Additionally, he has experience in tax disputes, including working with tax counsel and supporting clients through investigations and tribunal preparations.
