When using the UK Tax Health Check service, we collect anonymised structural data to assess UK tax compliance. We do not request or store personal identifiers such as names of individuals or entities. All data is processed securely and used solely for the purpose of generating the tax compliance report.

Data submitted through the Trustee Portal is retained for a period of 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is securely deleted unless required for legal or regulatory purposes. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorised personnel at Trident Tax Limited. Users have the right to request access to their submitted data, request correction or deletion, and object to or restrict processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
