UK Tax Health Check Service

Trident Tax provides access to its UK Tax Health Check service via a secure portal. By accessing and using this service, you agree to:

- Use the service solely for internal review and compliance purposes.

- Not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the questionnaire, methodology, or resulting reports.

- Maintain confidentiality of any access credentials and information received.

- Accept that Trident Tax retains all intellectual property rights in the service, including the questionnaire and analysis.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the UK Tax Health Check service in the event of misuse, unauthorised access, or breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer - The UK Tax Health Check is intended to provide a high-level review of UK tax compliance issues. It does not constitute formal tax advice or a substitute for a full professional engagement unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate with us in a timely manner
  • Review and approve documents before submission
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable)

Fees and payment

Fees for our services will be outlined in your engagement letter. Payment terms are:

  • Invoices payable within 30 days
  • Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Confidentiality and data protection

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We comply with the UK GDPR, PECR, and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
