Edward Ullathorne
Senior Tax Manager
Ed has worked in tax for over 15 years, he joined Trident Tax in September 2023 following 9 years at KPMG acting for a variety of individuals with complex tax affairs.
He previously worked at a local firm of accountants where he qualified as ACCA and CTA whilst acting for doctors, farmers and family businesses based in the Midlands.
Ed has a wide variety of private client experience but frequently advises international clients on technical matters such as residency and domicile, the application of double tax treaties, and the taxation of offshore structures. He also enjoys helping UK based entrepreneurs with succession and exit planning.
