Louise Mountford
Senior Tax Manager
Louise is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 23 years’ experience working as a private client specialist. She has spent over fifteen of those years working in advisory teams in the “Big 4”, including almost 11 years at PwC before joining Trident Tax.
Louise advises wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs, their family businesses and trusts on a wide range of tax and succession matters. This includes all aspects of personal taxation, trust taxation, shareholder planning (pre and post-sale), and overseas tax issues. She has experience advising on EIS and SEIS investments, including qualification, structuring and post-investment considerations. Louise has also worked on private equity-backed shareholder transactions, dealing with post-transaction tax reporting and ongoing tax structuring.
