Richard Wynne
Senior Tax Manager
Richard began his career at HMRC, where he completed full professional training and examinations, qualifying as a senior Inspector of Taxes. He spent 10 years as a senior tax inspector, specialising in technical enquiries and full investigations.
Richard moved to the private sector, working with PwC and KPMG before joining the team in 2010. He specialises in advising non-domiciled clients, particularly on UK relocations, residence and domicile issues, non-resident trusts, and inheritance tax planning.
Richard is highly skilled in handling HMRC investigations, including those under COP8 and COP9, voluntary disclosures, and settlements. He has also served as an expert witness and is adept in UK anti-avoidance laws affecting residents with interests in non-UK trusts and companies.
