Steve Green – Tax Director
After obtaining a first-class Biology degree at Sheffield University Steve began his career at KPMG where he qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor.
While at KPMG Steve specialised in M&A tax work and tax investigations.
Steve joined Trident Tax in 2009 and has continued his specialism in the Tax Investigations field, managing various Code of Practice 8 and 9 cases involving both individuals and corporates, assisting in numerous voluntary disclosures under the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility and negotiating settlements with HMRC on EFRBS and EBTs.
Steve has also worked on a wide range of tax advisory projects, including inward investment, inheritance tax planning and Trust restructuring.
Steve also has Tribunal experience and recently assisted a QC in a key source of interest and withholding tax case.
